Volunteer & Vendor Information

We welcome individuals and groups to volunteer, and if you’re also interested in being a vendor—offering food, merchandise, or informative booths—you’re more than encouraged! However, please note the following important points:

• Vendor Participation: Choosing to volunteer and also participate as a vendor does not affect vendor booth pricing. All vendors are valued equally, and our vendor fees remain consistent, ensuring fairness and transparency.
• No Perks Expectation: While we deeply appreciate the dedication and hard work of our volunteers, we want to clarify that volunteering does not grant any additional perks or discounts for vendor participation. We strive to keep the festival experience enjoyable and equitable for everyone involved.
